By using Beautifier (the "Service") at https://beautifier.aidalabs.kr, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The service

Beautifier provides free web-based tools for formatting, minifying, and validating JSON and (in future) other data formats. Each tool runs inside your web browser and is offered "as is" and "as available".

2. Permitted use

• You may use the Service for lawful personal, educational, or commercial purposes.
• You may not use the Service to process content whose processing would be illegal in your jurisdiction, including content that infringes others' intellectual property or privacy rights.
• You may not attempt to disrupt the Service — for example, by sending automated requests at a rate designed to degrade availability, or by probing for vulnerabilities without prior written permission.

3. Your content

The data you paste, upload, or otherwise provide to the Service remains yours. In the MVP release, your inputs are processed locally in your browser and are not transmitted to our servers. If a future feature requires a server upload, it will be clearly marked and will require your explicit action.

4. No warranty

The Service is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the output of any tool exactly matches the behaviour of any specific downstream parser. For production workloads, always validate the output against your runtime's official parser (for example, JSON.parse in your server language of choice).

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beautifier and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, lost profits, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to USD 0 (the Service is free).

6. Third-party links and ads

The Service may display advertisements served by Google AdSense and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party site or advertisement.

7. Changes

We may modify these Terms as the Service evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, to the extent that mandatory consumer protection laws of your place of residence do not provide otherwise.
